Dear A,Fire inside is burning out of control! You lit it, fanned it, fed it. Now it's loose. Wildfire, burning in my chest, scorching my guts, searing my heart. It's inescapable when flaming up spontaneously from the inside.
Douse me with water, it vaporizes. Try a chemical drop, but that's no help. The sting of red burn continues, then fried nerves go numb as love's wildfire uses up the fuel of my angst.
It wasn't a ring of fire to fall into, it was the flames that burst forth that spread a ring around me making me unapproachable. Only the love you bring enters this circle of fiery heat.
