to bless "findings"

the small things of life challenge;
a pen, a book, keys, a phone,
hiding during inattentive moments
demanding priority, making the small
important by degree of present need

May dependence on small things
never become an excuse to violate
relationships of the heart with angst,
insecurity, and rude hustle.

May the misplaced dislodge laughter,
discovering the unconscious way
life is lived, so carefree until loss
taps the shoulder to remind
internal humanity you've come home.

...and those small things have that nasty habit of doing just that. sneaking up and become big. beautiful message.

hmmm.... i love the last paragraph...

"misplaced dislodge laughter"

my misplacements always dislodge anxiety and sometimes anger.

something for me to think about.

i love the pic, and of course your words.

Oh I must keep the idea of violating relationships with 'rude hustle.' I'm guilty; it's inexcusable.

I love that last bit Larry:
"... until loss taps the shoulder to remind internal humanity you've come home."

Have you ever considered writing a "to bless" book? Something pocket size that can be carried around in a bag or a purse :)
