great view

It just looked inspiring
a sunset in the rearview
so i snapped it,
traveling down the highway
all the cool colors behind
the blurry up ahead
i guess that's why hindsight
is 20-20 and decisions
have to be made
and choices are best
we can do with info we have at the time.

The next picture in the series would have been of my SUV wrapped around a telephone pole!

Seriously, that is very cool.

I hope you weren't driving when you took that photo!

Seriously, I agree that hindsight is so clear when our future is blurry. And we make the best decisions we can, with the information we have at hand. The biggest problem is that some of those decisions are really bad and then we have to live with the consequences and maybe a certain amount of regret.

Oh and thanks for the comment on my war poem. I was really nervous posting it. I'm pleased it 'worked'

You didn't even pull over to get the shot? "tsk, tsk"

I probably would have done the same thing -- Love the photo!

I really like the effect of heading in one direction and looking back in another - its life in a picture! Cat
