Love Letter No 4- Patient Love

The idea is to write a brief love letter ...

This weeks theme – Patient Love

Write a love letter and share it...

Okay here's my " Patient Love" letter.

Dear B,

Beyond love, there I am, waiting, I am “patient”. I ask for patience.

Not a trite prayer of “Give me patience, and give me patience now!”
But, a prayer for the wisdom of patience in my heart.

How we long for one another in patient bliss. Cradling our hopes of love with deepest care, patiently giving room for the struggles of love. Hoping to understand acceptance and the curing nature of time, the “love wound” healing in patient wealth. How will the brokenness of our hearts grow to be one if we are not patient?

For truly if hearts were never broken they never grew together.
How wise we are to invoke patience in the midst of abandon when love calls. Some might say only the foolish invoke wisdom within love’s milieu. Yet, if we are not wise in love, how will we ever be wise in days ahead.

Of all your beauty, passion, glow, enamored blush, it is your patient love of my heart that invokes the magic of our love’s charm.
I will return all you’ve offered and more, for you are so wise beyond all years and your love is patient.

And I love you,

L

PS: below is my poem for you.

Oh My, that was a very beautiful love letter. You have a special way with words and it is obvious your heart is full of kindness. You sound like a true romantic. Any woman would be honored to receive such a letter.

Blessings,
Kimmie

I just checked out "What Font Are You"...does it reflect who you are? Mine was pretty close. I love doing the fun little games and meme's. It can help you get to know someone in a very gentle kind of way. If you look back in my posts I did one or maybe two fun meme's that shed some light on who I am. :-) Thank You for the visit today!
Blessings,
Kimmie

What I like about this letter is its complexity--that it goes beyond trite phrases and analysis of what it is to love.

It sounds like shakespear does that, I think I might have to start writing love letters since I have so much problems telling the ladies what I think.
Ill write one in my next post and you can tell me what you think

This was beautiful. And sad. You know, I just realized no one has ever written me a love letter...:(
