feelings lie around, nondescript devoid after
wonderful days, gifts from the heart
now the quail within, giving up
to routine that cocoons the spirit
preparation for light - and reminder
sometimes within the dark cloud
the essence of life appears, presence
near to us giving hope, peace, joy, love
