Royal Rhyme

Heads or Tails

A "royal rhyme" is iambic pentameter of the form ababbcc (7 lines)
My humble attempt below.

To lift inside, renew, vitally live
So special, blissful, is the way your aid
A trait exposed, engaged, enlarged you give
Not up for sale, barter, exchange or trade
That friendship proves that oft this does invade
Brings depth, devotion, peace, good grace loyal
my heart, this soul, in mind, strength, rhyme, royal.

A great poem. I wouldn't say it was humble or an attempt at all.

And thanks for commenting on my limerick. It is the first one I have written since school xx years ago.
