This is the University of North Alabama Marching Band.I saw them perform an exhibition at a local High School last weekend.
It didn't hurt that my oldest plays piccolo.
It's easier to get close to the band in a HS stadium than at their regular home games.

Oh oh oh !!! Those pix bring back such fond memories!!!! I miss the marching band, but not freezing to death in the skimpy costumes!!! IT's so cool they have twirlers too! Don't see many of them around anymore! Thanks for sharing!!!! LOVE IT!!!!
They have something up here called Music In Motion. A big band competition that is sooooo good, it is like watching a broadway play outside.
